Designation: Manager - Sales
The Manager - Sales is responsible for front-end demand generation and to represent Holachef in the first step of the sales development cycle. Based in Mumbai, reporting will be to the Chief Business Officer.
- To manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching and closing.
- To research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling).
- To generate new business opportunities for bulk order to fuel the sales pipeline.
- To maximize values of leads by achieving high closing rates.
- To exceed revenue goals on a quarterly basis.
- To help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
- To initiate partnerships with new accounts and actively managing existing relationships.
- To conduct promotional events & marketing activations, primarily BTL, in conjunction with the internal teams.
- To manage the sales administration function, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and on maximizing business relationships.
Essential Skills Required:
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best tie ups.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attitude & Aptitude for Sales.
- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Self motivated.
Desired Educational Qualification and Experience:
- M.B.A. in Marketing Management.
- 4-8 years of experience in Business Development, lead generation or sales prospecting environment in web driven business model / F & B industry.
Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
