Responsibilities :
10-12 years of experience in Core generalist activities
Extensive background in HR generalist affairs at a global platform to ensure cross culture & cross border Integrated services .
Analytical & Assessment ability to develop simple undemanding solutions.
Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization, while gaining and maintaining credibility.
Competent to work independently and support a team for delivering desired results HR Business Partner.
Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
Acts as the member of the HR Management Team IT domain experience is preferred
Primary Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Full time MBA in HR
Additional Qualifications :
Self-starter
Proven problem-solving and writing skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a complex business environment
Ability to work under strict deadlines
