Hitachi Consulting - L&D Manager - Behavioral & Leadership Training (8-10 yrs)
Key job responsibilities include the following :
- Design and deliver internal Training - behavioral and leadership programs for all staff within Hitachi Consulting
- Work with leaders on leadership programs
- An individual who is self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and can work with minimal supervision
Manager :
(Leads a functional area; minimum of 2 direct reports)
Advanced knowledge in career path combined with strong leadership skills
Has responsibility for a functional area; full responsibility for direct reports
Scope of role is typically region specific, but may occasionally have global responsibilities
Manages departmental budget
Identifies and develops annual departmental plans and goals
Directs the work of others and works effectively with all levels of the organization
Typically has professional level direct reports
Operates with broad latitude and day-to-day decisions are not reviewed
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related work experience; 1-2 years in a leadership role
Primary Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Degree or certifications in trainings
MBA

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a complex business environment
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
