Responsibilities:  - Build and execute strategy at the Corporate level for sustainable & profitable growth for all HT Group business (Hindustan, Mint, Fever 104 and Firefly) except HT  - Manage key brand image parameters at the Corporate level for above mentioned brands, by championing all brand campaigns, product innovation initiatives, media planning & activation  - Monitoring brand performance through regular tracks and ensuring market dominance  - Stakeholder management across multiple functions to deliver a consistent product experience  - Contribute to the P & L management by supporting revenue growth through new ideas and execution   - Manage the product life cycle of the entire portfolio.   - Provide strategic inputs to constantly improve various aspects of product life cycle to constantly improve relevance for the reader and advertiser.  - Create strong consumer engagement program to build consumer stickiness.   Background:  - Candidates from premier B-School and with an excellent career track with premier companies will be preferred.   - Experience in FMCG/Telecom industry, preferably with experience in digital marketing is desirable.  - The candidate should have had relevant experience in leading teams and collaborating with senior management.  Those interested please forward CV with following information:  Your current and expected CTC: Current location & willingness to relocate to Gurgaon: Notice period:
