Designation: Senior Manager - Human Resource

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Associate Vice President - Human Resource

- Location HR Head function to lead and mentor the team on various facet of HR function but not limited to employee relations, engagement and employee life cycle management, (hire to exit)

- Understand and appreciate the business priorities and prerogatives that influence key decision making for HR

- Ensure that all HR programs and policies are aligned with organizational goals and priorities in support of the organization mission.

- Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee relations issues are effectively addressed in a timely manner.

- Work with the team to manage absenteeism, disciplinary processes, grievances and adherence and compliance of HR policies

- Provide sound judgement in employee relation matters; create employee engagement processes, measure employee satisfaction through internal surveys and identify and work towards areas of improvement.

Experience, Skills and Qualification:

- 11 - 14 year of industry experience in the IT/ITES industry.

- Graduate in any discipline preferably a degree/diploma in Human Resources

- Team management skills, should have lead and managed the teams

- Sound knowledge in Labor laws and Statutory compliance

- Good Analytical Ability

- Leadership & good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

- Able to quickly establish credibility and build strong working relationships with various stakeholders. Demonstrable maturity, professionalism.

- Able to inspire confidence of the senior management team through timely delivery of information and plans.

- Strong business acumen skills: aware of bottom line impact and work towards action plans.
