Manager/Senior Manager Business Excellence (Audits & Certification Group)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Creating an annual audit plan based on the organization's objectives

- Create an audit manual, with checklists & requirements for all audits, maintain documentation

- Managing a team of audit professionals to conduct audits

- Create and communicate detailed internal audit schedule, manage internal audits and ensure adherence to the audit schedules

- Conduct internal audits and vendor audits

- Effective communication of the findings & recommend corrective actions based on the findings

- Follow up with client engagements and Shared Services departments to collect evidences of closure of nonconformities

- Review compliance with Company policies and procedures.

- Document and implement new policies and procedures as needed per the various external certifications & develop internal checklists and controls

- Facilitate external audits and ensure the audit requirements of statutory audits

- Highlight areas of revenue leakage identified through the audits and recommend corrective actions

- Act as the configuration controller for the support functions, and mentor the configuration controller SPOCs of all client engagements in India

- Coordinate with Shared Services to keep their procedural documents up to date

- Support other geographies in implementing configuration management

- Spread information security awareness throughout the organization through various means including training and campaigns

- Facilitate risk reviews for Operations and support services related to Operations

- Facilitate management review meetings and Information Security forums

Desired Skills Sets:

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Basic knowledge of Quality concepts is desirable

- Sound Knowledge of ISO certification standards & PCI-DSS

- Good Analytical skills

- Tenacity to follow-up and drive tasks to closure

- Keen sense of observation

- Ability to communicate and work with international centers

- Willingness to travel for internal and external audits within India and occasionally abroad (about 25% of time)

- Graduate

- Certified internal/lead auditor on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013

- Implementation knowledge of HIPAA, GLBA, PCI-DSS preferred

- Additional qualifications are added advantage
