Hinduja Global Solutions - Assistant General Manager - Business Excellence

Roles & responsibilities :

- Process Improvement in support functions of the organization Viz Finance & Accounts, Internal Systems, Compensation & Benefits, Analytics teams, MIS teams and Operations

- Assist / Facilitate global program aimed at integrating various systems (financial and non-financial) across the organization in one platform

- Work with cross functional, cross site and cross border teams, across various levels in a multi time zone, multi-cultural environment to facilitate / lead action items as per program

- Coordinate, be the owner for various data sources study (as-is), gap identification, creation of roadmap for improvement aligned to the goal of overall integration of systems (data sources) into one tool for analytics

- Maintain database for all actionable, progress on data sources including examples, issues, logics (created and WIP), overlaps, etc

- Participate in organizational wide CBE initiatives

Desired Skill Sets :

- Must have worked on cross site, cross border improvement projects in operations

- Sound understanding of BPO operations and quality function

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and deliver under pressure

- Must have worked on improvement project(s) as project leader

- Excellent command on MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Minimum 8 years of experience (if graduate) or 4 years (post graduate from a university / institute of repute)
