Desired Candidate :

- Candidate must be from Healthcare domain with 12+ years of Operations Experience

- Must have minimum handled Head count of 250- 300 employees,

- Should have handled or capable of handling the entire centre operations

- Candidate should have good knowledge in Gross Margin

- Good spoken English, should be able to articulate well to interact with clients

- Graduation is mandatory

- Willing to work in rotational shifts
