You will have a direct impact on a product that has more than 35+ million users and will grow it to a next level.  You will need strong skills in Partnership management, and a pixel-level eye for detail; experience and interest shipping consumer applications is a big plus.   In this role you will work with Leading OEM Brands, Handle Operator relationships and manage Retail partnerships.  We are agile, and focused on the overall makeup of the team. If you're looking for an environment that's fun and friendly but incredibly fast-paced; a place where we measure the time between releases in days; a place where our focus begins and ends at the consumer - join us.  You Will:  - Work on the hike Business Development team  - Work with small sized multi-geography, cross functional teams on high quality, timely solution deliveries.  - Work with Operators on Carrier Billing and IN integrations.  - Work with OEM partners on key Hike integrations and Partnerships.  - Work on cross geography Solution integration, Architecture definition, end to end execution and delivery.  - Work actively on Key Account Management   - Play an active role in determining and influencing the culture.  - Work with Technical Writers in creating compelling Product and Technical documents and presentations.  - Multi-Task  Have fun.  You Have:  - BS, MS, Computer Science (or equivalent)  - 4+ Years of experience in Solution Architecture, Project deliveries  - Excellent Project Management experience over at least 4 Full Mobile Application Projects. Specific experience in Telecom domain is a must.  - A keen eye for Product User Experience.  - Fantastic written and spoken communication Skills.  - Comfort working with Cross Functional, Cross Geography teams and manage change effectively.  - A knack of keeping yourself abreast with latest data trends in OEM/Telecom Operator space in India and globally  - A data based approach to decision making.  - Comfort with juggling numbers  - A deep desire to learn and be smart in finding solutions to complex problems.  - An ability to deal with Conflict, and come out with win-win solutions.  - A desire to build products that users love.  Big Pluses if you:  - Have developed on Android platform in past.   - Have a sense of the Mobile Internet ecosystem in developing countries.  - Experience of Mobile Application Embedding processes with leading OEM's.  - Have worked with IN integrations with Telecom operators. Specific experience in Data pack configurations, GGSN provisioning would be an added benefit. Any experience with Operator billing/Payments space is a big plus as well.  - Have more than one smartphone.
