Hike - Senior Tech Recruiter

We are searching for a Technical Recruiter who will share our passion to initiate, build, and celebrate a multimillon user based product organisation.

Play:

- Work with recruitment partners to build effective sourcing pipeline.

- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationships.

- Participate and lead special projects/recruiting initiatives, drives, walk-ins etc

- Establish solid relationships with candidates and proactively engage them.

- Can initially work as an Individual Contributor.

Personality:

- 3 to 6 years experience in a fast paced, full life cycle tech recruiting environment.

- Ideal candidate comes from a tech product organisation, or has consulting background with similar clients.

- Commonsense.
