Hike messenger (hike.in) - India's Biggest Chat Application, over 35 Million users are sharing messages, stickers, files and more contributing to 10 Billion Messages per month!

We are searching for a Technical Recruiter who will share our passion to build a multi-million user based product organisation.

Play:

- Work with recruitment partners to build effective sourcing pipeline.

- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationships.

- Participate and lead special projects/recruiting initiatives, drives, walk-ins etc

- Establish solid relationships with candidates and proactively engage them.

- Can initially work as an Individual Contributor.

Personality:

- 1 to 4 years experience in a fast paced, full life cycle tech recruiting environment.

- Ideal candidate comes from a tech product organisation, or has agency background with similar clients.

- Common sense.
