Role will include managing specific pieces of a research agenda, authoring reports and white papers, developing expertise in select field, global interaction with buyers, suppliers, subject matter experts, investors, and internal HfS employees. The Knowledge Analyst supports research and consulting projects and ad-hoc requests.   The successful candidate ideally will have experience in secondary research, data collection, analysis, writing and presentation in one of the research areas and will trained to a SME role and responsibility in the specific area.  Responsibilities: The Knowledge Analyst will be part of one of practices (mentioned above) in HfS Research and will support Practice Heads and other Senior Analysts in their research needs fulfilling the following duties:  - Researching and developing service provider profiles, captive profiles, buyer profiles and industry profiles in one or more of the above-mentioned areas  - Delivering custom research projects and ad-hoc research requests from customers and senior analysts  - Supporting senior analysts in various HfS Research Offerings like PoVs, white papers and thought leadership content creation  - Collecting relevant data and information through secondary research  - Organizing information internally and responsible for the Knowledge Management of the practice  - Willing to take partial ownership of project deliverables  Requirements:  - 1-2 years experience in secondary research inpre MBA work experience in IT/BPO/Engineering.  - MBA 2017 pass-outs, preferably from premier institutes  - Ability to read and derive information from annual reports, financial reports, news reports, corporate presentations and other sources  - Intellectual curiosity and interest in tracking technology and engineering services trends  - Candidates with an entrepreneurial bent of mind, with problem solving skills, creativity and innovation, analytical depth, and great interpersonal skills will become successful as Research Analysts at HfS Research  - Only Bangalore based candidates need apply
