Provide thought leadership and direction for the transformation solution and provides innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive transformation program issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups. Responsible for Transformation solution development, competitive costing and business case alignment supporting client business. Articulates all aspects of Transformation solution and communicates value and outcomes to the client. Influences client evaluation criteria and decision making. Works individually, in teams or as leader, to determine customer requirements in complex and often ambiguous outsourced environments.
