Job Purpose :
To effectively achieve Annual Business Plan (Despatches, Market Shares & Institutional sales) through various SOP's laid down by company {conducting various sales promotional activities, appointing network in untapped potential areas, proper implementation of Dealer Sales Process Management (DSPM), timely funds review & collection, Manpower availability & training} thereby ensuring customer satisfaction, business sustenance, profitability & growth.
Major Responsibilities would be:
- To achieve ABP ensuring business growth & profitability
- To improve secondary network performance
- To improve customer experience
Important point:
Knowledge of one south Indian language is must
Experience- 2 - 3 yrs (max). People with more than 3 years of experience are requested not to apply as there will be a fitment issue.
Industry- Auto Sector, Consumer Goods and Consumer Durable only
Education - B.Tech and MBA (Full time ) from good institute.
