Job Purpose : Planning, directing and ensuring implementation of all Employee Relations Processes and HR Interventions and Process for achieving HR Business Goals and meeting Business Objectives at Vadodara Plant
Job Requisition :
Implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategy and ensuring manpower availability for uninterrupted operations in Halol Plant
Timely recruitment of Team Members adhering to the norms and monitoring of attrition and its trends including tenure management
Planning and conducting interviews at Plant level of Staff and co-ordination with Corporate Office
Hiring of MTs/GETs/DETs as per requirement
Monitoring attrition rate, Conducting Exit Interviews and analysis thereof
Planning & Execution of Induction of Lateral Hires
Custodian of Organization Structure for Vadodara Plant
Ensuring all the compliances by the company and service providers, adhering to state and central laws in order to avert any legal consequences. Ensuring timely billing and wage distribution to Contract Labour and ensuring the timely salary process run for the plant
Monitoring the monthly audits of records and challans. Awareness of amendments in laws and timely renewal of the contracts and its drafting.
Manage attendance finalization and reporting wage details of team members, staff and contract manpower to finance within specified timelines.
Maintaining discipline amongst and harmonious relations with Team Members and contract workforce to ensure smooth functioning of the Plant and of the ancillaries
Monitoring of Fortnightly Meetings, IL3 Meeting for gauging ER health of the plant
Employee Connect Activities and monthly meeting with supervisors.
Engagement of team members by their participation in different Cross Function Teams and continuous monitoring of related activities.
Design and implement policies and welfare activities for healthy Employee Relations in the company.
Ensuring Behavioural trainings for team members.
To take action against any indiscipline activity / activities.
To monitor the Industrial Relation scenario of the ancillaries and taking corrective measure for their smooth functioning
