Job Purpose:

- Attending to shareholders- matters pertaining to share transfer, transmission, duplicate issue and grievance resolution.

- Support in Board and Committee meetings

- Assist in routine secretarial activities including drafting of annual report, conducting AGM etc.

Membership of ICSI

Experience of 3-5 years of working with a Listed Company is required.

Experience of dealing with shareholders.
