JD/ KRA :  - To manage the corporate compliances across the group companies including corporate laws, other relevant laws.  - To maintain and present the monthly MIS for the compliances.  - To assist in structuring activities across the group like JV, closure of companies.  - To independently handle board meetings, Annual General Meeting, corporate filings.  - Sound agreement drafting and legal communication.  - Prepare board meeting and general meeting minutes under companies act.  Functional Competencies :   - Strong Knowledge of corporate laws  - Strong knowledge of procedures and rules relating to ROC  - Strong knowledge of related party transactions  - Good knowledge of MS office  - Preference to candidates with LLB  - Good knowledge of real state legal requirements  - Sound Commercial knowledge   Personality Traits :   - Good Communication skills including good command over English.  - Presentable to External stakeholders  - Team Player  - Pro Active
