Helpperz ( www.helpperz.com ) is looking for a Dynamic and result Oriented Co-founder who will head the operations Function.  The Job profile will also double up as City Head for Mumbai and Report to the founder-Director.  Needless to say you will have to handle a variety of roles including Tech/HR/Finance as we grow along and add team members.  We are Looking for candidates with decent 3-10 Years Experience in handling Operations/Sales and have a solid understanding of complex operating environments.  Educational Qualifications : Engineer from Tier 1 Institutes ( IIM/IIT/NIT/BITS or Equivalent Institute ). We would Prefer candidates with An MBA ( IIM/XLRI/FMS/SP Jain/MDI/IMT/MICA/JBIMS).  About Helpperz  - We are building the world's largest database of Greycollared workers and household helpers ( Maids/Cooks/babysitters etc)  helpperz.com will be an all encompassing website with the following  - Option of Consumer Hiring directly after surfing the listed profiles. ( Like Linkedin or Naukri )  - On demand service of Hiring Helpers by the hour/Week/Month.  - Aggregator of service providers for consumers to choose.  We have already started a beta version in Andheri West with a database of 2000+ Helpers and are adding 100+ Every week.  We plan to expand and cover entire Mumbai in the next 6 Months.  Salary : NO Salary. ESOP of 4-7% depending on Experience with a 3 Year Lock In. We plan to raise funds in the next 3 Months and Fixed Salary will start post that upon mutual agreement.  About the Founder  Helpperz has been founded by Ashutosh Bakshi who has over a decade of Experience in the field of Marketing, Advertising and Communication and Product Development to name a few.He is a Management Graduate with Majors in Marketing from Institute of management Technolgy (IMT Ghaziabad). A commerce Graduate with Honours from Delhi University and completed his schooling from The Scindia School in Gwalior.  His last professional assignment was in a Senior Marketing role at Tano Capital backed luggage Maker Safari Industries. Apart from helpperz he is also involved in other startup ventures as a Partner.
