Help Me Build - Chief Technology Officer - IIM/IIT/NIT

Profile/Responsibilities :

We are looking for a dynamic CTO who has high quality and diverse experience in the tech domain. The person will build the tech team as the company grows. The person should be willing to role up his sleeves and dive into code. This is more of a hands-on role especially in the initial stages of the company.

General Requirements :

- Self-starter with dynamic personality, seeking a professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential

- Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities

- Should be a self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills/Qualifications :

- High level of skill in solution architecture and ability to identify the best combination of tech stack to build engaging customer experience

- Strong in Data Structures & Algorithms

- Hands-on full-stack development experience

- Prior experience with the MVC Design Pattern / Framework; Preference : Zend FrameWork

- Should have hands on experience on PHP, MySQL, Zend FrameWork, Open Cart, Ajax, Jquery, HTML, CSS, javascript

- Good coding experience is required

- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science from top colleges IIT/ NIT/ IIM

- Min 2 yrs experience in eCommerce/ tech start up
