Job Description: Recruitment Manager

We are preparing a database of blue collared workforce at PAN India level. Through our TV Commercials (www.helpforcomfort.com) and other offline activity, thousand of blue collared workforce ring us to register themselves for better job opportunity,

We have our own in-house software through which we segregate the workforce in different job categories such as cook, driver, domestic help, etc.

Job Role :

- Managing the complete recruitment drive

- Managing 20+ team of customer care executive, Team Leader, Field Manager, etc

- Liasoning with NGO, placement agency, colleges, etc

- Managing the media campaign which includes OOH, TVC, Radio, Print.
