Healthy Buddha - Operations Manager & Founding Team Member

Healthy Buddha is an exciting Organic eCommerce Start up that focusses on delivering fresh organic produce to their customers in Bangalore. With an ambition to go across India, looking for managers with entrepreneurial mindset that will help healthy buddha go to the next stage. Healthy Buddha is seeking a dynamic, passionate and energetic individual who will be able to manage the end to end of operations for our Online Organic Delivery Business. We are looking for an individual who will be able to shoulder responsibilities along with the founders so as to become pioneers in this nascent industry.

Responsibilities :

- Build and Manage an end to end online ordering process including the operations team

- Full responsibility of existing customer retention including maintaining customer relationships, handle customer escalations

- Ensure any produce delivered to customer meets the quality and packing standards of the company

- Facilitate clear communication between management and office staff & motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment

- Work with founders on business development and enhancement of products & customers through multiple mediums

- Adherence to business and operational targets

Experience:

- Graduation in any discipline, agri background is preferred

- 5+ years experience in retail management/ F&V relted

- Proven managerial skills
