Designation : Head - Business Development

Location : Gurgaon

Skills : Should be from event management background

Remuneration : According to experience and background.

Responsibilities :

As a self-starter, establish a plan/goal and monitor the results in all the following areas :

- Execute demand & lead generation campaigns and programs

Drive FoS team for effective lead generation & BTL activities

Establish and maintain relationships with patient referral sources, including hospitals, diagnostic labs and physician's offices.

Leading corporate sales efforts for tie-ups

Conduct corporate health checkup plans and establish strong relationship for managing employees health

- Strategic alliances and partnerships with other healthcare startups

- Start Healthians partnerships in the top 25 cities in the country

- Sales enablement - Training & Up skilling of the Sales Team

- MIS & Tracking of Sales Funnel

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience with business development and doing tie ups with corporate.

- Has prior experience in handling a team of minimum of 4 people.

- Display an energetic and outgoing personality with positive attitude.

- Possess exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Strong presentation and follow-up skills.

- Ability to multi-task.
