What is an EiR@ Healthians.com you may ask-

An EiR (Entrepreneur in Residence) is a misfit, a rebel and a leader, who sees an opportunity for the change everywhere he/she looks. An EiR is restless, looking for his/her next challenge while engaging with the best and brightest startups in India. An EiR is a humble, go-- getter, rolling his/her sleeves up to get the job, any job done.

You will explore and drive strategic partnerships and expand Healthians's existing setup within the department and organization as a whole. You will also be responsible for designing and executing programming, managing logistics and buddy mentoring.

ROLE TO PLAY AS EIR (Entrepreneur In Residence)

As EIR you will be part of dealings, where you will get a chance to work and improvise understandings on-

1. STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT & EXECUTION

You will gain access to engineering, product and go-to-market team's most relevant to your technology. You will collaborate towards a shared engineering or business outcome.

2. EXECUTIVE SPONSOR

From Day 1, you will be supported and guided by Cofounders to maximize the value to incubate your experience. He/she will be your chief advocate inside Healthians and its ecosystem.

3. SCALING YOUR ENTREPRENEURIAL QUALITIES

You will get a chance to scale on your entrepreneurial qualities as you will be working jointly with management & team for successful implementation of collaborative ideas.

4. AS EIR YOU WILL BE PART OF EVENTS WHICH CAN BE

1) Networking events

2) Lunches and mixers with top VCs

3) Marketing and PR opportunities

Major Do's In The Position -

1. Understand, work and execute on business plans and technology.

2. Execute on joint engineering, go-to-market opportunities, often involving our team, partners,customers& getting work done.

3. Jointly identify opportunities for collaboration, co-creation & management of team related work activities.

4. Advise on strategy and best practices in the industry.

Career Path:-

1. Part of the senior leadership team, EIR will eventually move on a fast-track to heading a business vertical/region of their choice- .

2. EIR can also choose to join in a specific function of their choice- Sales, Digital Marketing, Business development, - Strategy, Data science, Project mgmt, New products, Technology etc.
