As part of this expansion strategy, they are looking for a Principal to expand business and mentor consulting talent.

Job Description - As Principal - Healthcare, reporting to Country Principal - India, you will be primarily responsible for:

- Providing extensive domain knowledge and expertise to ensure smooth service delivery

- Managing and mentoring consulting talent

- Enable and maintain CXO level relationships in Healthcare industry to develop business

- Manage profitability of your practice

The Successful Candidate - You come with a tier 1 educational background (IIT/IIM) and have 9-12 years experience in Strategy Consulting with major focus on Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and Health Insurance. Apart from domain expertise, you have excellent business development skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a given. You are a natural leader and are motivated to independently drive your own practice and create a strong brand for yourself in Healthcare industry.
