Brief About Pharma Services Division :

- Health Care At Home (hereinafter referred as HCAH) is the largest Disease management player in India. We serve patients suffering from chronic disease wherein we provide skilled support to patient at their home like Nursing/Physio/Diet Counseling, drug support, diagnostic support etc.

- HCAH works with majority of pharma companies in their patient support programs, access programs, patient educational initiatives, direct to patient business models.

- Serving chronic patients PAN India. HCAH has its own skilled workforce in 30+ cities.

Brief about Project manager role - Key Account :

- Key project run in partnership with one of the top 10 global pharma major across India providing high end clinical services to thousands of patients at the comfort of their home while generating annual revenues of over INR 50 Mn. through a dedicated team of over 30 field & office staff

- Career growth - Future prospects of managing multiple projects with similar metrics, going forward a chance to lead operations piece for the whole support projects service line

Position Responsibility Summary : Project manager - Key account

Opportunity to manage over 30 dedicated staff stationed across India reporting directly to you, thus, honing your operations management skills

- Project management office team supervision

- Field team operation & activities supervision

- Drawing out process plans / strategy & communication to project team for effective implementation on ground

- Handling process escalations from customers (patients) & client

- Lead monthly and quarterly project planning and review exercises; track KPIs internally to ensure progress as planned

Project team management :

- Ensuring adherence to processes guidelines by project team

- Manpower management & effective planning to serve the customers by extending timings through multiple shifts

- Regular review of project team personnel & processes

- Effective coordination with client & support staff to plan hiring & training of manpower

- Managing & resolving process escalations

Project management & ownership :

- Effective management of project, P&L ownership of the key account

- Adhere to reporting timelines to the management & client

Scope of building analytics & research on the project data :

- Build analytics to generate key insights on the project data like prescription / enrolment / purchase, doctor prescription behavior that can be presented to the client on monthly basis

- Lead to process optimization through insights from resource utilization over different geography

- Regularly analyze the project performance to understand areas of improvement

- Determining key actionable for business over next quarter, year

- Scan new opportunities through studying customer (patient) behavioral patterns

Compliance and Audits :

- Strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) drawn by the client

Shape the future direction of the key project in partnership with client & management :

- Plans and develops improved processes to drive towards efficiency / profitability

- Implement the actionable generated from the analytics to transform the project performance

Profile's Basic requirement :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- IIT graduate + MBA with 0 - 2 years of operational experience

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Working experience in Hospital / Healthcare / Insurance / Pharma sector would be added advantage

- Candidate should have the passion and desire to work in a start-up environment. Should have the capability to handle ambiguity

- Candidate should have a flair to govern authority over team, working knowledge about reporting practices / methodologies & an analytical bent of mind
