Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ownership.
Designing and implementing recruitment strategy yearly manpower planning.
Year One Management- Ensure implementation of structured induction for Lead/LEAP.
Career Services and Learning (Year two onwards).
International Campus Engagement & Hiring.
Qualification : MBA from tier 1 Institute. (2002-2006 batch passout)
