Position: Head - warehousing Finance  Company: One of the largest phosphatic fertilizer player in the business segments of fertilizers.   Experience: 10-15 years   Age : 40 -45 Years  Location: Job location would be Secunderabad / Hyderabad   Education : Looking for MBA - Agriculture, with Hands on trading experience in Agri – commodities and good experience in warehouse receipt finance  Salary Range: 20-25 lakhs  Preferred Industries :  - Collateral Management companies.  - Commodity trading companies.  - Warehousing Finance companies.  Job Responsibilities :  - The person would head the Category of “Warehousing Finance”, which will be one of the categories of the Retail Business and will be responsible for creating a new Revenue stream out of this.  - Through this business, he will be required to offer finance to farmers through the model of “ warehouse receipt” , wherein farmers will deposit their produce in the warehouse and in turn given finance against the produce as collateral  - The Incumbent also will look for opportunities for commodity trading ( with the farmer’s consent) and help sell the produce   - The revenue model has to be built through the above 2 sources   - The role holder would be required to tie-up with Warehouse Providers (WSP), Banks ( for finance) and the farmers which requires a thorough hands-on expertise in this area  - The Person also should have done commodity trading ( pulses, grams, staples etc..) hands-on for atleast 3-4 years successfully.  - Achievement of profitability through different services like price into,commodity trading,farmer procurement.
