Head/VP - National Key Accounts - International Accounts (15-20 yrs)

Our client based in Mumbai is looking at Head - National Key Accounts (International Accounts but based in India).

- The incumbent should have min 15 years of experience and should have handled the P&L of large accounts / Corporate services business.

- He must have hands on experience in handling large scale operations / Client relationships.

- He must have B2B sales understanding.

JD:

Position Purpose: Responsible for leading a team of National Account Directors with end-to-end ownership for National Large Accounts (NLAs) within the Corporate segment.

- The role has full P&L accountability for the NLA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a strong team by inducting the right individuals in key positions, providing them regular feedback, making their development plans and coaching them for high performance

- Formulate strategic account objectives for all NLAs covering retention, revenue growth and profit improvement and develop and implement strategic account plans for the achievement of these objectives

- Develop a strong relationship with senior client stakeholders in NLAs and leverage the relationship to drive strategic account objectives

- Implement a strong internal and external governance framework for the NLAs, including implementation of - Clients- process

- Ensure delivery of high quality services and ensure quality management through the implementation of Client standard tools and frameworks

- Ensure the company's commitment to Ethical Principals and Sustainable Development are achieved through support of company agreed initiatives

- Drive the growth of the account by adding more sites and services

- Be aware and report on competitor activities and strategies within the NLA portfolio

- Represent Client at Industry meetings, seminars and conferences as required to ensure the successful management of the business portfolio

- Experience in managing an independent P&L

- Proven track record in effective management of all resources (people, procedures, place and profit), hopefully within a diverse cultural context

- Experience in contractual / commercial negotiation

- High level of commercial and financial awareness
