The Head Marketing will lead Marketing of my client and will be responsible for strategy, planning, execution and achievement of marketing linked business goals.

- This position will focus on translating overall revenue and product goals into marketing objectives and delivering results in coordination with marketing channel teams, sales and business line owners.

- Owns delivery and achievement of the business goals take delivered through marketing function

- Act as a key leader in defining the strategy, focus areas, plan and execution of marketing goals

- Defines the plan, budgeting and monitoring of marketing initiatives across marketing channels - digital, offline partnerships, content and social channels

- Owns positioning, messaging, pricing and segment strategies.

- Acts as key identifier and initiator of initiatives based on customer insight and new opportunities across segments and geographies

Key Responsibilities :

- Should have experience towards Online & Offline Marketing.

- Strong experience towards Digital Marketing.

- People Management Skills.

- B2C, ATL, BTL experience.

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and App.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website and App.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.

- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Around 10 - 15 years in Marketing.

- Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders.

Qualification :

- MBA Marketing (2 years full time) from reputed college or premier institutes like Symbiosis, TISS, Narsee Monjee, SP Jain, IMT Ghaziabad etc. If from IIM / XLRI/ISB, it would be an added advantage.
