Job Responsibilities:

- Business Planning : Devising effective strategy with a view to achieve top line & bottom line profitability of the organization.

- Key Account Management : Identifying new clients, generating business from new accounts and existing accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability. Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientèle, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by deliveries meeting quality norms.

- Team Management : Lead & manage a team of around 50 members, mentor & monitor the performance of team members to ensure process efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets. Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members.

- Detailing : Eye for detailing and a focus on high quality outputs.

- Business development : Overseeing BD activities, forecasting monthly / quarterly business needs. Analysing the leads for profitability.

- New initiatives : Contributing to the growth of the organization by providing creative ideas and solutions and is able to keep up with the fast pace of the organizational growth.

- MIS reporting: Maintaining MIS, reports on team productivity and budgets for better management decisions.

- Global team: Manage multiple location teams which includes but not limited to Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Malaysia.

Making Of Leader: Need to nurture, mentor, guide, train young leaders into seasoned professional leaders.
