1. The incumbent would lead the function across the company.
2. Primarily Role: Set-up and lead initiatives on “How to create value out of data”. Will also take charge of data quality
3. Capability to drive DWH / analytics projects is only a necessary and not sufficient condition. Must have the demonstrated capability of working with CEO / CXOs across functions; The candidate should have the gravitas and be able to articulate a point of view and influence CXOs to drive decision making.
4. Must have proven cross functional leadership skills, within business (product, marketing, CLVM, sales, service) and technology (network and IT)
5. Must have a proven track record of delivery in at least one relevant industry (telco, online, financial services, IT services, etc)
6. Should have a commercial orientation. Should not be only a statistician or a subject matter expert. Nice to have: consulting background.
7. Should be able to deliver under pressure.
