Working experience minimum 10 Yrs + in Fashion Apparel Retail Industry.  JOB DESCRIPTION:  Lead a team of Visual Merchandisers to implement the visual merchandising standards and guidelines in all store concepts.  Overall in-charge in the brainstorming, conceptualization and implementation of all VM related matters for new stores, thematic display, in-store activities and promotions such as; sale events and fairs. Working closely with the Head of Operations, Head of Marketing and Regional Operations Manager teams.  Define and develop visual concepts for brand shops, seasonal events, and product displays across category.  Define store layout and ensure best productivity from space allocation for new and existing stores.  Train and develop Visual Merchandisers to ensure high quality visual merchandising performance.  Create Standards and Manuals for Mannequins, Hangers & Brandings.  Closely working with the Projects, Merchandising, Designers, Operations & the Marketing teams to ensure consistency across the category.  Budgeting for VM and ensure the spends are within the allocated budgets.  Creation, implementation and updating of the VM Manual book of each and every department in the store - serves as the guiding book of sales staff and Store Managers in maintaining the best and most effective store visual merchandising standard.  Responsible in the strict implementation and maintenance of store displays. Prepares new product display guide which include product details and merchandising procedures prior to its launching. Regular store visits, gathering new ideas, references, innovations, and sourcing of local materials for props and display.  Give directions in the creation and implementation of ad campaigns, website updates, launching campaigns and promotions.  Responsible in the conceptualization, product shot, layout and production of mailers, flyers, brochures and other marketing and promotional materials. Approves all marketing and promotional POP materials including layout, design and materials allocation of all brands.   STRATEGY FORMULATION: Employing a yearly/seasonal rolling plan and developing a comprehensive VM strategy to ensure the achievement of the annual business plan.  STORE DESIGN AND IDENTITY: Ensure that design and the rendition of all the customer perceptible - vis-vis the fade, fixture design, lighting, mannequins, brandings, wall finishes, section textures etc. - have perfect aesthetics, cohesiveness & functionality to project the merchandise as the hero in the most ergonomic fashion.  VISUAL COMMUNICATION : Plan and design the exterior and in-store visual and communication flow for optimum visibility thereby maximizing impact on the ticket and basket size for each billing done.  FASHION STYLING : Make styling guide for each promo in line with the latest fashion trends and/or the category needs and ensure implementation across the chain to propel sell-through.  PROCUREMENT / PURCHASING  Overall in-charge in the sourcing of materials and supplies for display, signs, graphics, promotions and store opening  Visual requirements, project negotiation with non-trading suppliers, preparation of quotations and comparative analysis form for recommendation to management.   Contact Details   Name - Rohit Vinayak  Mobile - 9582300683
