Job Description

As a Head - Vendor Management you will be reporting to the Director - Operations and will be handling a team of 3 people. You will be responsible for :

- Maintaining and developing strong vendor relationships

- Managing field service support

- Handling escalations and SLA's

The Successful Applicant

- You MUST have at least 10 - 12 years experience within the IT industry of which you would have, ideally, spent 5 -7 years within a similar position.

- A successful applicant MUST posses an MBA + BE degree and have excellent commercial skills.
