Description : Lead the Turnkey Project Management function for world's leading Commercial Space management organisation

Client Details :

- Our client is one of the world's largest corporate leasing company with a presence in over 30 countries. They have multiple business segments catering to office spaces. retail spaces and residential space in both leasing and buying.

- In their Indian operations, the client is looking at a Strategic profile which will enable their clients to manage Office space more effectively.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Business Head :

- Lead client interactions and manage the process of preparing presentations, proposals, negotiations etc.

- Preparation of marketing collateral.

- Overall responsibility of delivering projects

- Manage internal teams and ensure compliance to internal & client processes

- Engage with clients and ensure projects are completed to satisfaction

- Liaison with 3rd party vendors for statutory compliance & Vendors

- Manage the process of empanelment of Architect & Vendor. Process to include RFI, PQ, negotiations and agreement (MSA/MOU).

- Manage Project commercials including project profitability, invoices and vendor payments (post certification)

- Cost benchmark data which is updated quarterly. Continuous liaison with vendors for real-time rates for items like carpet, furniture etc.

Profile :

You will have an education degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering with an experience of over 10 years. You will have a proven track record of success managing large scale projects. You must have an experience managing end-to-end projects. Industry preference would be retail, corporate, real estate, hospitality.
