Head - Treasury Sales & Advisory (3-12 yrs)
We are manpower consultancy specialized in recruiting good quality candidates for Financial Sector.
Presently we are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Head - Treasury Sales and Advisory role.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- He will be part of the 100+ people team based out of Mumbai and will closely work with the Management to develop Sales and Advisory function of the company.
- He will be designated as a AVP/ VP / Head depending on their previous Marketing and Sales experience.
- Candidate’s scope of work would be to sell Premium FX and Treasury consulting services
- Candidates should have earlier sales experience and contacts with exporters and importers having turnover from ($20 mn to $1 billion)
- Candidate should have expertise in Foreign Exchange Consulting Sales/Financial Data Software( Sales on FX, Commodities and Currency Data)/ Financial ERP sales like SAP etc /CRM sales/ Credit rating Sales/High end Research Sales to corporate) etc.
- Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in India or Abroad.
- He should be a qualified MBA in Finance or Marketing.
- The Candidate will be handling a team and its sales cycle of 3 people to 40 people depending on past experience.
- Candidates may be asked to travel overseas to venture out new business locations.
- We are looking for an out-of-the box thinker with exceptional communication & relationship building skills.
- Looking for aggressive candidates, hard core into sales, fx advisory and team handling.
