Head - Treasury - eCommerce (10-15 yrs)
Urgently Looking for an eCommerce Company
Key responsibilities:
- Long term relationship building and sustenance with Lender, Bankers and Investors
- Owner and champion of funds management of the company including raising funds for operations and capex requirements.
- Management reporting of funds utilized and invested on a daily basis
- Coordination with banks for daily cash credit limit and surplus investments and BG/LC requirements
- Ensuring fund rationing for vendor payments based on collection monitoring
- Managing the adequate levels of working capital requirements
- Build and sustain relationship with the bank and lenders
Major Challenges:
- Ever-changing and chaotic environment of a newly formed company
- Fund raising for a loss making enterprise
- Co-coordinating with all company departments for ensuring correct fund requirement forecast.
Working Experience:
Must have:
- At least 10-15 years of work experience in large scale and public listed company
- Worked for fund raising requirements.
- Worked in companies with daily fund monitoring including experience for BG/LC etc
- Worked in initial stages of formation of a company
- Relationship with large banks and NBFC
Education: CA Qualified / MBA (from Premier Institute)
