Head - Treasury - CA/CS - Auto/FMCG/Mfg (6-15 yrs)
Looking for Head Treasury position for Bangalore location for our MNC client .
Qualification : CA/MBA Finance or CS with minimum 6 years experience in Commodity Hedging, Treasury Management and Forex operations
Job Description :
- Managing fund requests from our parent company for advance payment vs. future exports.
- Managing foreign exchange exposure on a day to day basis and using your knowledge to hedge these positions. Manage our cash flow on a regular basis to ensure that we meet all liabilities in a timely manner.
- Improve our competitiveness through minimizing our financing costs on a monthly basis.
- Handling various documentation for local and global business like ISDA, brokering firms membership agreements, RBI, FIRCs etc.
- Managing all other treasury functions efficiently, accurately and timely
- Technical and fundamental analysis of currencies.
- Pro-active advisory role on currencies to higher management.
- Legal compliance of law of the land/RBI.
- Developing new and strengthening existing banking relationships.
- New product development like various arbitrages.
- Maximization of return on available cash outside of trading operation.
- Periodic reports to local and global management
This position reports to Country Head India .
Job Location : Bangalore
