Head - Transport Operations - BPO

Looking for someone strong Transport Operations Experience for Large BPO/IT or Shared Service Centers.

Position leads Transport Operation for Multiple Centers in Multiple Cities Across India, Looking for Similar Experience.

Lead the day to day management and delivery of the transport team including the management of the outsourced partners with enhanced focus on building an efficient and customer centric environment with the function

Direct Operations (e.g. Safety measures, Inspections, Vehicle availability etc.) for the purpose of providing services within established guidelines and in compliance with related requirements

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for the purpose of implementing and/or maintaining services and programs

Implement strategies to cut cost and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of Transport Function

Develop and monitor Budget allocation, expenditures and related financial activities for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate, revenues are recorded and expenses are within budge limits and/or fiscal practices are followed

Asses incidents/accidents/complaints for the purpose of resolving or recommending a resolution to the situation
