Through a phased approach, the Global Business Shared Services (GBSS) Center will deliver various services within the Finance & Accounting, HR operations & Supply Chain domains.
- Would be responsible to head entire gamut of Transition Unit for designing the proposed solution for delivery of services and then to lead the roll out & set up of the Shared Service center.
Essential Qualifications:
- MBA/ Post Graduates with prior experience in SSC advisory/BPO and setup.
- Preference would be given to candidates with additional professional qualifications like CA & CMA or equivalent. MBAs from a premier institute, CAs of high merit.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 11 to 13 years of Transition experience in Shared services or BPO environment.
- Experience should be across the life cycle from initial Solutioning, transition & ongoing operations.
- Exposure and significant knowledge across multiple domains - Finance & Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Procurement, Analytics and Reporting, in particular
- Excellent Project Management skills and Solution creation/designing skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system/process definitions
- Adept in process mapping & documentation.
- Experienced in redesigning optimal processes (with necessary controls built in) and handling projects.
