Head - Transformation/Strategy/Architecture - IT (17-23 yrs)
Job Purpose
- In the interim, program manage the transformation of IT services by the IT Outsourcing (ITO) partner
- Develop group IT strategy, IT master plan and budget in line with group vision
- Provide guidelines to BU CIOs (e.g. templates, timelines) in developing BU IT strategies and consolidate them into the group IT strategy
- Develop and maintain a group wide enterprise architecture (including that of BUs)
- Manage and prioritize group wide IT programs/ projects and ensure compliance to EA
- Develop and enforce financial, process, technology and license compliance across the group
Relevant Experience - 17+ years of experience
- 20+ years in an IT leadership position that involved managing a large IT portfolio including develop of strategy and program management large scale transformation programs
- Experience of managing IT transformations in an SAP environment
- IT leadership experience in strategic IT outsourcing operating model
