Head - Transaction Advisory Services - Big4/Investment Banking (14-18 yrs)
Position: Senior Position as Head - Transaction Advisory Services
Role:
- This is a Senior position in Transaction Advisory Services, to Head the business area for the firm
- To act as a trusted advisor to clients in their M&A, PE, etc transactions
- To head the business and grow and manage the team
Requirements:
- CA/ MBA with 14+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services in a Big 4 Advisory firm or an Investment Bank with prior experience in Transaction Advisory at a Big 4 firm
- Should have exposure to various areas of Transaction Advisory Services
- Should have relationships with PE funds and Corporates at key levels and have the stature to build more such relationships
Location: Gurgaon
