Urgently looking for Head Trade Marketing - PAN India with FMCG
Location : West India
Reports to Sales Head
Direct Reports : 4
Experience : 8 to 12 years
Key Stakeholders : Brand Management Team, Sales Team, Sales Ops, Finance
CTC can go up to the 50 Lacs depends upon current CTC
Responsibilities :
Trade Marketing
Trade Activation Plan (Design and Implementation)
- Design trade activation programs for all channels that drives volume growth & builds strong trade relationships
Budget :
- Plan and manage all BTL spends across brands and regions
- Ensure adherence to budgets and maximize impact of trade spends
Monitoring and Review
Competition intelligence
- Track competition activity around the trade and adapt plans accordingly
- Gather insights from market data around sales
Sales Forecasting & MIS
Ideal candidate will be an MBA with 8 to 12 years of experience in Trade Marketing and Sales from FMCG background.
