Head - Testing - BFSI

Role Purpose:

The Head of Global Finance Testing leads the Testing Centers of excellence based out of Global Finance center Gurgaon and Hyderabad, and :

- Build, coach and manage pools of testing resources, specifically test analysts, test managers, automation analysts, and test architects providing consulting services

- Staff and manage test projects to service GFCP (Global Finance Change Programme) test projects

- Maintain and deploy GFT Test best practices and standards across GFCP

- Define and develop with Global and Regional Business Partners their strategic use of GFT

- Define and develop strategies for GFT in GFC

The individual will work with all global and regional stakeholders within GFCP, from IT teams to business users, dealing with senior and operational levels of management.
