Job Description:

- Senior technology role for a leading Internet MNC. You will responsible for all technical functions and building highest performing technical team in developing fast and easy-to-use products that everyday Indians use to improve their lives.

- The role requires you to have a combination of hands on technical expertise combined with team management for your direct team of developers and system administrators.

- With the majority of traffic coming from mobile devices (web and especially native apps), you must have intimate experience with native app development (Android, iOS), as well as experience developing products for mobile web.

General Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor graduated from Technical Education

- Fluent in English both verbal and written

- Preferably experience working in a fast growing Internet company

Special Requirements:

- Experience working as a Manager minimum of 5 years, with very good and strong people management and work organization skills

- Experience in handling the Network/Infrastructure as well as Development

- Experience working in Open Source environment with Open Source technologies - PHP, Javascript, JQuery, MySQL, Memcached

- Experience in native app development - Android, IOS

- Experience in managing and scaling Internet projects/websites with significant and fast growing traffic

- Awareness of threats relating to web application security

- Proactive with strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

- Hiring, motivating, encouraging and leading the technical team members, including software developers and system administrators

- Setting-up the KPI as well as Training Program for IT team members for better skill and work performance improvement

- Managing software development process for the website, using modern methodologies (e.g. Scrum)

- Managing and overseeing sophisticated, multi-location data center environment

- Setting-up an effective IT strategic planning and oversight of IT performance

- Setting-up and monitoring the major IT projects, budgets, priorities, standards, procedures and other related works

- Coordinate priorities between the IT department and users (other departments/clients)
