- Expert in java and related internet technologies like spring, nosql(aerospike, mongo), databases(mysql), cdn( Akamai), search( Solr and Elasticsearch), messaging ( Kafka, ActiveMQ), extreme data computing (Spring XD) and Big data.

- Building highly scalable, fault tolerant, fast real time systems.

- Leading the technology team

- Building the technology team which includes server side, front end,Backend devOps, and QA

- Architect, design and manage the technology stack

- Ensuring high availability, uptime of the sites.

- Hiring, mentoring, training and grooming of team members.

- Requirement analysis, planning, managing sprints and ensuring timely delivery of all projects.

- Evaluating proposed solutions to ensure they align with requirements and are of high quality.

- Coordinating between the product, marketing, operations, customer support and Development teams

- Set up automated and continuous deployments to improve productivity and go live time.

Lead high performing engineering web/mobile teams.

Drives the engineering team to deliver products on schedule with the high quality

Must have experience in E-commerce Engineering leadership.
