We have urgent requirement of Head-Techno Commercial with one of our client.

- To establish & lead the Techno commercial function for clinical diagnostics

- Develop contacts with Pharma companies to ensure pharmaco-genomic testing collaboration.

- Identifying the drugs in phase III trials for companion diagnostics and coordinate with R&D to develop the test to attract tie up

- To identify research focused hospitals and explore research associations, publications and case studies

- Research collaborations with other bodies for providing third party sequencing services and also partner in research through research collaboration agreements

- To be first to know the lead , follow up the lead for business conversion, completion of required documentation and implementation of processes in coordination with various departments

- To liaise and coordinate with the key client and internal departments to provide best customer service

- To achieve targets in terms of no of projects, revenues and collection

- To conceptualize and prepare all the required literature/Brochure/Folders to pursue clients in terms of business conversion

- Candidate should have knowledge and skills acquired through completion of a Masters degree or PhD in life sciences/MBBS preferably in Human Genetics or clinical biochemistry.

- Experience and exposure to DNA sequencing or microarrays and past experience in genetic diagnostics either in academic or commercial space is preferred.

- Should have good communication skills, need to talk to clinicians, clarify the technical queries.

- 8-10 years of work experience with minimum 5-7 years of experience in Techno Marketing in Diagnostics/ Pharma industry in specialized products range directly targeted to doctors/ clinicians preferably related to high end Products

- Very good technical knowledge of products and ability to further enhance it

- Exposure to Techno marketing aspects of Diagnostics/ Pharma industry with experience of conducting Techno marketing sessions with doctors/ clinicians

- Customer facing experience preferred.

- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journals .Ability to respond to common enquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the scientific community.

- Strong presentation, power point, oral and written communication skills.

- Basic understanding of medical terminology and ample medical terminology vocabulary, particularly in oncology and medical genetics settings a plus.
