Head - Technical Trainer/Instructor

We are looking for a Technical Instructor/Trainer, who can teach and also contribute to curriculum development. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing training on configuration of cloud products.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Develop training curriculum for configuration of companies products

- Deliver effective, well-managed and well-facilitated training for customers, partners & internal employees.

- Deliver 35-40 days of training per quarter (virtual & classroom).

Required Skills/Experience:

- Broad platform and technical exposure using configuration tools available in products like Siebel, Peoplesoft, SAP.

- 3-10 years delivering training or equivalent.

- Capable of delivering effective, interactive web-based training.

- Outstanding training delivery, presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills.

- Experience in working with professional services team and handling all aspects of training engagements.

- Capable of working successfully in independent and team-based settings.

- Complete tasks in a quality manner within a specified timeframe.

- Ability to alter delivery style ‘on the fly’ as student requirements dictate.

- Ability to travel up to 50%.

- Preferable SaaS experience including 3+ years of development on Salesforce platform.

- Preferable Salesforce Administrative experience (Certification Preferred). At a minimum, able to setup standard configuration in Salesforce platform including Custom Object, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Process, Data Loader.
