Head - Technical - Security Technology/System Integration Business

Brief JD of Head Technical:

1. Responsible for revenue and profitability of the technology business

2. Plan and implement the Business Development Plan for achieving the revenue target

3. Prepare a broad plan for the technology business taking into account the evolving security technology market in India and world-wide. Update the plan from time to time

4. Identify and take measures to partner with suitable technology solution providers/OEMs/vendors/sub-contractors as JV partners/suppliers etc.

5. Identify and recruit suitable persons for manning the required positions in the technology vertical

6. Responsible for implementation of the technology projects, as per agreed upon timelines/cost. Should directly lead all major projects from pre-sales and bidding stage to procurement, installation testing and commissioning. With respect to minor projects advise and direct other technical team member on these issues and ensure timely completion.

7. Liaison with Key Customers and Stakeholders for business development of the technology business and on-time successful completion of projects

8. Responsible for cash flow and receivables management of the vertical

9. Identify suitable technology training opportunities and conduct the courses in a profitable manner, utilizing Raxa Academy infrastructure or at outside places

10. Be responsible for the branding and positioning of Raxa as a premier techno-security solutions provider

11. Responsible for Systems - Team building / Competencies building - Develop and maintain a functioning, effective, service network of skilled people.

12. Client Relation Management

13. Market Raxa Academy as a - security hub- and attract companies dealing with technical security solutions to establish their distribution/assembly/servicing/operations at the place

14. Suggest ways and means to build and upgrade the existing Technology set-up to meet the emerging challenges

15. Develop / Improve policies and systems for Technical department

16. Any other tasks assigned from time to time

Qualification:

1. Degree in Electronics / Computers / Electrical

2. PGD in Business Management will be added advantage

Experience:

15 years and above Security Technology or relevant Industry, particularly in System Integration business.
