Head - Technical - Packaged Drinking Water Business

We are currently looking for a Technical Head- Packaged Drinking Water Business for one of the topmost Water, Juices and Beverages Conglomerate in India.

The position is to be based at their corporate office in Mumbai

Job Profile: To handle complete Technical operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase & Finance Functions of Packaged Drinking Water Business.

1. Identification & Selection of the Packaged drinking water Franchisees

2. Implementation of projects from concept to commercialization

3. Technical support for installation and commissioning of new projects, plant upgradations

4. Ensuring the performance of plant and machinery are at its best

5. Maintain quality of the products and implement quality systems

6. Imparting training to all the technical people at the head office and franchisees

7. Taking care of all the new developments in packaging

8. To provide the technical support for the cost-effective production and optimum utilization of the Plant & Machinery

- Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume.

- Responsible for Delivering Quality product in the Market place.

- Responsible for overall cost & Profitability of the business.

- Responsible for implementing systems & processes.

- Responsible for Key Performance Indicators for franchisee plants

- To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in manufacturing teams.

- To handle new Projects in the plant.

Qualification: B.Tech/BE - Mechanical/ Electrical

Experience: Min.18 years of experience in heading Manufacturing/ Production/ Engineering and technical aspects of Beverages/ Bottling operations in Pet Bottles. Experience in Packaged Drinking water is a major plus

Salary & Perks: Best in the industry - Around Rs.55.0 to 65.0 Lpa
