Job Role

Electro-mechanical services:- Operation and maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipment ( viz. DG sets, UPS & HVAC system, general lighting etc. ), Implementation and monitoring of processes,

Planned preventive maintenance schedule, AMC tracker, cost control initiatives.

- Handling complete facilities & infrastructure set up, and liaising with contractors & vendors for the same

- Maintenance of Utilities, UPS with zero down time standards.

- Contracts handling and execution with all vendors

- Facilities transitioning smoothly site handovers from projects.

- Managing Hard Technical facilities
